Esbenshade Farms and Mills is a family-owned agri-business. Operational for over 40 years, the firm produces and sells eggs to distributors who service the retail and food service industries. Esbenshade Farms and Mills offer eggs of all sizes ranging from small to super jumbo and double yolks. It also sells brown, organic, cage free and omega 3 eggs. The firm operates three sites to produce and grade eggs. The barns where the chickens are kept have automated feed, water, lighting, ventilation and egg collection systems. The plants where the eggs are graded are all equipped with computerized machines that collect, clean and grade the eggs. Dirt, blood-spot and crack detection are performed with computerized technology.
