The outside of this place looks very run down. The inside looks just as bad. And of course their parking lot lacks parking. Service was very good. Their menu is very large. With nice selection....

The banh khot was good. The pho was meh. Broth didn't have the robust flavor. They do have a large menu with other Vietnamese dishes.
