I was very happy that customer service and the store manager reached out to me. The manager was super polite and understanding. I was refunded the $22 for the skunk treatment.

Groomer Colleen was very rude yelled at a puppy. Will never use them as a groomer again. When we paid the cashier asked if we wanted to leave a tip we said no the cashier got annoyed with us....
