Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission

The PA Fish & Boat Commission works to protect, conserve and enhance the aquatic resources. The commission also provides a variety of fishing and boating opportunities. As an independent agency, it is governed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The PA Fish & Boat Commission supports several conservation nonprofit programs, as well as provides several boating courses and certificates. The commission also provides various products, such as wall chart sets, books, collectible patches and game cards. It offers funds through Boating Facility Grant, Boating Infrastructure Grant and Erie Access Improvement Grant programs. The PA Fish & Boat Commission offers the Trout in the Classroom program for students in grades 3 through 12.
