Good, tasty Chinese food. I first ordered from Panda Garden after moving to Philly 2 years ago, and I've never been disappointed since.

They make the best fried rice around this neighborhood. I also like their spring rolls. The place is quiet and clean. I would continue to go here as long as that fried rice is being served.
