After waiting awhile, I went up to the front desk and learned they crossed my name off the list. The technician was able to get an IV in my arm. The second tech was also unable to get the IV in....

Nice facility & staff but not good at keeping a schedule. Waited an hour for my appointment(on a Saturday!).
