He then pursued his medical degree at Harvard Medical School, graduating with honors. Following medical school, Dr. Redshaw returned to Pittsburgh for his orthopaedic surgery residency with Allegheny Health Network. He further honed his skills in sports medicine through a fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. After completing his fellowship, Dr. Redshaw practiced with a private health system in the suburbs of Indianapolis, IN, before returning to Pittsburgh to join Allegheny Health Network, driven by a desire to be closer to family.
