It's an early 1900's theater. Just what you would imagine it might look like. It's old but charming. Huge steep staircase going upstairs and steep steps going to your seat, but you'll be fine....

The University of the Arts (UArts) in Philadelphia, PA, has closed as of June 7, 2024, and subsequently filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on September 13, 2024. In light of this closure, the university is providing information regarding the claims process for those owed money and is facilitating the transfer of students to approved teach-out partners.

The balcony does not have handrails! I would not choose a seat there for this reason.
