Workers are very welcoming. They seem the have almost everything in stock. Items are clearly marked with prices and posted sign for sales/clearances.

Please make sure you count your beads if you want them to go in your bag. Apparently, it is my fault that I need to drive back to Michael's 4 times because they forgot to put my merchandise inside...
