[1080] 2/2020 I visited this costume store in Philadelphia while in the area. Plenty of strip mall parking. The store is huge and seems to be open all year round. There are a ton of costumes...

They don't put price on the products and if you buy with ou noticing and try to return even if is in 30 min after you purchase, they will yell at you and be rude bc "that is the price ".
