Ordered bagels a day in advance and when I went to pick them up the order was over 20 minutes late and they were out of the bagels I ordered.

Weird vibes, messy , threw me a cup to get tea doesn't even explain where to get the water. Doesn't honor the coupons it mails you nonstop. Awful management. Try a different location.

Not the best bagel experience in the area, and not the worst. The store is spacious enough for a number of tables and a long line waiting for service. Bins full of rounders appear smaller than...
