I think the management should talk to the employees regarding customer service. I felt bad for bothering her to purchase my items.

I like Macy's as a whole. The store at Viewmont though is a joke. It should be called Macy's- because it is nothing like a real city Macy's. Today's trip pissed me off more than usual. I forgot...
