Lorraine Dugoff, MD

Dr. Rennie Rhee is a rheumatologist who specializes in many forms of vasculitis. She leads and contributes significantly to national and international research initiatives in vasculitis and participated in the development of national guidelines for the clinical management of several forms of vasculitis. Her current research focuses on integrating high-dimensional data, including molecular and imaging data, to understand and predict outcomes in ANCA-associated vasculitis and giant cell arteritis. Dr. Rhee founded the Penn Giant Cell Arteritis Fast-Track Program, which accelerates diagnosis and treatment of giant cell arteritis.

As a Clinical Geneticist at Penn Medicine, my goal is to provide diagnostic workup and medical management for any patient with a genetic or inherited condition. With my training in Medical Genetics and Internal Medicine, I see both adult and pediatric patients with any suspected genetic disorder, and have a special interest and expertise in the management of patients with ciliopathy conditions (disease affecting the primary cilium).
