We have never had a bad pizza yet. It has always been hot, the prices are good and we have never had to wait. So for a chain pizza restaurant, they are good.

Not only was our pizza burned and like cardboard but the staff messed up our order. Not knowing we could hear them they commented to each other to just give it to us, maybe we wouldn't notice.
