Justin Davanzo, MD

Dr. Nguyen provides routine gynecological and obstetric care for women of all ages. Her clinical interests are contraception, infertility, high-risk obstetrics, and menopausal conditions. She is skilled in robotic-assisted surgeries, laparoscopic hysterectomies, and minimally invasive surgeries. She speaks English and Vietnamese.

Nicole UnderwoodNicole Underwood is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) who specializes in Urogynecology. Her clinical interests include urinary incontinence, uterine and vaginal prolapse, recurrent urinary tract infections, hematuria, pelvic floor dysfunction, and other urogynecologic conditions. Nicole received a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Physician Assistant Science from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She speaks English.

Dr. Charek is an obstetrician and gynecologist who provides contraceptive management, pregnancy care, and laparoscopic gynecologic surgery. She offers gynecologic care for women at all stages of life.Dr. Charek received a medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio. She completed a residency at Magee-Womens Hospital of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
