Andrew Bernhard, DPM, is a foot and ankle surgeon practicing at Tussey Mountain Foot & Ankle Specialists, located in State College, Pennsylvania.Dr. Bernhard grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, where he graduated with an undergraduate degree from John Carroll University in biology and from podiatric medical school at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. From there, he completed a three-year rearfoot and ankle certified medical and surgical residency at Kingwood Medical Center, part of the Greater Texas Educational Foundation, in Houston, Texas. He met Dr. Kaitlyn Bernhard while in medical school, and they have been working separately in private practice in Colorado since residency.
