Keystone Theatre was built in the 1880 s and known as Hale's Opera House in 1886. Movies soon took over live performances and became the main entertainment medium at the Keystone Theatre. The theatre was restored in 1988 by the Bradford County Regional Arts Council, a regional nonprofit organization.
