ABOUT J. & J. FINANCIAL Jim Kishbaugh, owner of J. & J. Financial, became licensed as a Registered Representative in 1989. Prior to that Jim earned a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and worked as an engineer for 5 years. Jim has worked in Danville since 1990 helping clients develop financial strategies regarding their retirement, estate planning, and life insurance. J. & J. Financial, 285 Mill St. in Danville, opened its doors in 2002. Our firm develops individual and corporate financial strategies to address issues such as retirement, long-term care, estate planning, business succession, college savings and life insurance protection. J. & J. Financial has experienced major growth in the past four years. We have a tremendous team of three employees, each with an important role in providing our clients with individual care. We are continuously updating our technology to provide instantaneous service and review client programs effectively and efficiently. Finally, we at J. & J.
