I was delighted to learn Insomnia had opened up shop in this area, and it did not disappoint. I'm glad got to try the PB&J cookie earlier this summer, but sad they were only for a limited time....

Insomnia makes my favorite kind of cookie - huge, soft, and chewy. I could eat an entire box on my own. The chocolate chip is my favorite.
