High End Barber Studio

Off Your Rocker is a fitness and non-contact boxing program for the maturing individual. The program is class-based and is designed to help members achieve their fitness goals through workouts that are geared for the older individuals. Classes will be taught by trainers who have certifications in the Off Your Rocker boxing program.
