The tour was great. We had a group of 4 of my my party and about 16 all together. 4 kids in the group. The whole group was very very pleased. The best part is the "oops" at the end of the tour....

At the end of the tour you get hot chips right off the machine !!!! Loved it. Absolutely a great way to spend a few hours, was interesting and informative, seeing the inner workings of the brand....

Great thing to do on a rainy day. Kid friendly, but if you have kids, try to keep them under control? Won't go into details here, but I felt bad for our tour guide...he had his hands full with...

Came here for Christmas lights while visiting great wolf lodge. It was a wonderful display and family approved. A nice gesture by the Herrs factory!
