Gregory Flinn Habib, D.O. is a medical doctor who specializes in Orthopedic Surgery, with a sub-specialization in Sports Medicine. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons. He returned to Pittsburgh for one year as a surgical resident. His specialty training as a surgeon led him to North Shore University in New York, where he completed a four-year residency program. He graduated from North Shore University, returned to Pittsburgh, and spent another year in the sub-specialty training of Sports Medicine. He has practiced in the fields of joint replacements, sports medicine, and trauma at one of Pittsburgh Level One trauma centers.After many years acquiring and honing the skills to be a qualified specialist for orthopedic care; he opened the doors to the private practice known as Sports Medicine & Joint Replacement Specialists on April 14, 2008.
