Zero stars... I came in to get all the dead ends cut off and layers and I ended up with half my hair cut off I was nearly sitting on my hair when I walked in and now it is barely to my shoulder......

Ive gone here a few times over the years. For me once, for my daughter twice and for my son twice. More times than not, the cuts were lacking expertise. My son said he NEVER wants to go here...
