No heat in hot tub or pool ice cold, came for mini vacation after visiting Longwood gardens which was awesome. Looked forward to hot tub especially but front desk clerk said he doesn't do pool...

Clean and close to Longwood Gardens. Room was a nice size and clean. Hot breakfast was free. Plenty of parking. Employees were all very helpful and friendly.

Front desk would not let our group assemble in the common area. It's why we booked there (to do that)and had before. She kept saying against the rules, her mgr told her, etc... Not accommodating
