I was surprised to hear a bad review of the senior clerk Luis... he's actually better than a lot of the clerks I've encountered here and other locations.

I give .5 but only because the clerk checked in with me after I got settled. Do not recommend- dirty rooms, partially put together, cockroach under the sink, noisy as all get up and half an hour...

Absolutely though Worst hotel room I've ever seen! Top two dresser drawers were fully extended. Push them in and they slid back out. Had to use a towel to keep them shut. Inside of the drawers...
