Bartenders are not attentive to customers. You walk in and sit a while before she acknowledges you. Other bartenders sitting on a side bad doing nothing but talking to eachother, keep walking...

The bartenders inly cater to friends who sit at the the kitchen side of the bar. Pour heavy drinks for them and give them special treatment. Hire some mature bartenders that don't rip you off

Excellent food and service. Wings and cheesesteak are a big hit. Jocelyn always is on point with all of the customers needs from drinks to food to maintaining 20 at a time and doesn't miss a beat....
