The whole place. Everything from roaches to dirt and dust. The only thing that was good was the bed. Slept with the lights on because of the roaches. Do not be fooled by the pictures on the sites....

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Scranton area, and I enjoy my stay, excellent service, excellent manager and this place will shine more after the renovations ! I definitely will come back!
