Darcy J Rose, CRNP - AHN Primary Care-North Hills at McCandless Outpatient Center

Marshall is a certified registered nurse practitioner (CRNP) who specializes in pulmonary, sleep, and critical care. His special clinical interests include asthma, COPD, sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, lung cancer, pulmonary nodules, interstitial lung disease, and restless leg syndrome. Marshall earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a Master of Science in nursing from Duquesne University. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. He is committed to establishing a trusting relationship with his patients, so they feel comfortable to reach out to him at any time. He sees patients 18 and older.

Heidi Hoffman, MS, CRNP, is a nurse practitioner with AHN Primary Care Institute, specializing in adult medicine. Her clinical interests include internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and risk reduction, diabetes, disease prevention, geriatrics, hyperlipidemia, musculoskeletal pain, and preventive health and wellness. Heidi received her Bachelor of Science degrees from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, and from University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. She received her Master of Science from University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland. Heidi is an ANCC board-certified adult nurse practitioner. She has been in the community practice for 20 years and has valued the many moments she has shared with her patients’ and their families’ lives. She looks forward to being a part of the well-being of her community each day. She sees patients ages 18 and older.
