You cannot talk to the pharmacy. Their IVR makes customer service suck. A string of questions guide you through to where you think you can talk to your pharmacist and then...... you get pushed...

This place just sucks. I dont know how else to say it. I had forgotten how terrible it was and how much I hated it until They bought the pharmacy that the majority of everyone in town used......

First CVS warren bought Medicine shop. They then bought Rite-Aid when they left. This totally over whelmed the store. State employees must get their scripts filled at CVS. I was in the store one...
