Starting in October of 2015 with a mere 30 cheeses and one refrigerator the business has grown to offer over 85 cheeses and many other items.
Specialties
The store carries more than 85 varieties of cheese from all over the world, plus complementary products including charcuteries (meats), crackers, oils, vinegars, honey, mustards, nuts, pickles, olives, gourmet salts, pierogies, par-baked breads and even naturally flavored seltzers.

Large selection of high quality cheeses and accoutrements but pricey. Still, I've been here at least monthly (and I live about 40 minutes away!) Sadly, at least twice they have been closed though...
