cookies are good but staff is hit or miss. I've come across really sweet staff and others just plain rude with an attitude for no reason.

I've had cookies from here a few times now. The staff has always been great, but the cookies are overrated. Super sweet, yet lacking flavor. Given the cost of each cookie, it is disappointing.
