Cornerstone Care is a non-profit network of Federally Qualified Community Health Centers (FQHC) and practices serving communities throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania, and Northern West Virginia. Our mission is to improve the health of our patients and the residents of our community with special concern for the underserved.
