Founded in 1999, Compeer Chester County is an international volunteer-based, nonprofit organization that serves individuals dealing with mental health problems. Headquartered in Rochester, N.Y., the organization helps sufferers to gain self-confidence and self-esteem, foster personal growth, and ease fear, loneliness and isolation.
