Chubby Cattle is looking to reform traditional Mongolian cuisine. The newest addition to Chinatown Philadelphia is the first restaurant in the world to combine refrigerated, conveyor belt-based hotpot with the finest traditional foods from Asia. The goal of this innovation is to provide their customers with the healthiest way to enjoy their fresh dishes. To achieve the standard that they aim for in their mission, the team personally selects the finest products direct from the farms. Chubby Cattle is partnered with Little Lamb Hot Pot, the international restaurant franchise that operates nearly 600 locations throughout the world and NXT Group, an international conglomerate group. Together they have created a first-of-its-kind modern restaurant.
