Outpatient Mental Health Facility

Cen-Clear Child Services, established in 1980, is a private, nonprofit organization that serves more than 1,700 families and over 3,300 children annually. Headquartered in Philipsburg, Pa., the organization s programs include early intervention, child care partnership, family centers, therapeutic recreation services and other family support services. Its family centers offer services, such as parent support, home visits, child development activities, resource library, community outings, fatherhood programs, health screenings and referrals to outside agencies. Its early head start program supports pregnant women, infants, toddlers and their families. It also supports children with disabilities. Cen-Clear Child Services therapeutic recreation department provides activities, such as hay rides, sled riding, therapeutic gardening, low ropes, games, sports, activities, hiking and camping.
