The Haven at Springwood is a provider of personal care services for seniors. Based in York, Pa., the facility offers assistance with activities of daily living, such as housekeeping, laundry and cooking. It also provides health assessments, medication management, an emergency response team and rehabilitation services. The Haven at Springwood conducts physical, social and educational programs. In addition, we offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy for your rehabilitation needs. We also offer hospice services for end of life needs as well as respite services for care givers who need a break from the challenges of caring for a loved one at home.
