This company is circling the drain.the dispatcher during the week is ignorant the cars are filthy (and I mean FILTHY) nobody cleans the cars ever and they definitely have seen better days.why...

it bad when you call and are told there a two hour wait because they only have two drivers working for them . need to hire ((( qualified ))) drivers . they say on google there open 24 hours a day...

Waited on hold for 20 minutes (only person in line) to not even have them pick up. Seems to be par for the course.

In the wilkesbarre area they either don't answer or they make you wait an hour and never show up. You're better off calling Uber.
