I can only comment on the vegan cookies a kind colleague brought to work. They were chocolate chip sandwiches filled with rich chocolate icing. Yum! I would eat these again any time!

Bethel Bakery, based in Bethel Park, Pa., is a family-owned retail bakery and was founded more than 50 years ago. It offers decorative and wedding cakes, desserts, donuts, cookies, breakfast rolls, coffee cakes, pies and muffins. The bakery employs more than 60 people and sells over 800 decorated cakes each week, and 600 wedding cakes annually.
