Benchmark School offers a variety of academic and extracurricular programs to students. It provides educational classes to more than 200 students in grades one through eight. The school is located in Media, Pa. Established in 1970, it is a facility of more than 20 acres. It organizes various services and programs that include family support and individual behavioral skills development programs. It also offers professional guidance assistance that includes counseling for individuals and small groups of students. The school s academic programs include various subjects, such as science, math, art, music, physical education, health studies and handwriting. It additionally offers special education in fine and performing arts, music and content areas that include studying and learning strategies. The school has Reading, Virtual Nonreaders and Detective Word Identification programs.
