Totally disgusting! As I walked by Auntie Anne's @ 11:25 AM in the food court, the glass was completely dirty! Another family was talking to the employee and was told they are STILL not open!...

Don't advertise being open at 11 and all your locations inside the mall won't be ready for service till 11:30. Y'all are very unprofessional.
