salesperson has very limited knowledge, no help at all. gerring help at another Att store with knowledgeable personnel. don't waste your time here, and the laughing at me wasnt professional....

We added a new to our plan and we also decline the Next Up and insurance option. The sale lady add it anyway, I did not know until i saw the bill higher than i expected.
