They sold me a regular size shake for the price of the large, the sandwich I ordered only had half as much beef on it as that sandwich normally does and the staff were rude and unprofessional.

What has happened to the food at Arby's I've had it twice within the last year and it was awful it tasted old not fresh I wont be buying it anymore..

I am quite the foodie, so giving out 5 stars to a fast-food chain is honestly quite unthinkable. The five stars is for their excellent service, work ethic, and professional staff. I do not know...
