Community LIFE is a nonprofit organization that provides home health care and support services for senior citizens. The organization provides integrated acute and long-term geriatric care services. It offers assistance with the early recognition and treatment of symptoms that can signal major health problems. Community LIFE provides physical, occupational and speech recreational therapies. The organization offers medication administration, adult day care and nutrition counseling programs. In addition, it provides dentistry, optometry, podiatry and audiology services. Community LIFE also offers radiology and laboratory testing solutions. The organization provides emergency assistance and personal care programs.
