A member of the Frontier Senior Living network of retirement communities, which consists of more than 100 properties located in nearly 20 states all across the U.S., The Suites Assisted Living and Memory Care provides residents with assisted living services and memory care for those who have been diagnosed with Alzheimers and other forms of dementia. Located in Grants Pass, Oregon, the facility offers a well-rounded list of amenities that include restaurant-style dining, spacious living options, wellness classes and other activities, and Frontiers award-winning Spark Lifestyle Program, a Montessori-inspired approach that seeks to enrich the lives of those with memory impairment.

Pacific Living Centers, Inc provides a "Loving Home for the Memory Impaired" with communities in Salem, Woodburn, and Grants Pass. Four local individuals with a common goal started these "Loving Homes". All Pacific Living Centers, Inc communities offer a wonderful "homelike" feeling upon entering the front door. Our residents enjoy the common areas, family style dining, and that individual attention that makes our communities absolutely unique in the healthcare industry. Numerous activities are provided on a daily basis inside, and weather permitting outside in our large back yards which have covered patios & our endless walkway. With only 15 residents per community, our caregivers are able to provide that individualized care specific to each resident, which allows peace of mind for their families and loved ones. The individuals who had the vision for these communities are friends, family and business people that saw a need and believed that they could fill this need better than anyone else. Tim Cummings, President is a prominent homebuilder with a reputation for fine home construction. Don Reeser, Vice President is a Project Superintendent versed in residential and commercial projects. Charles Smith, Vice President is a machinery designer and sales director. Sandra Quinton, Secretary-Treasurer is a human resource director with experience in accounting, finance and escrow documentation. The first community owned and operated by Pacific Living Centers, Inc was Hawthorne House of Salem, which opened in August 2002, followed by Arbor House of Grants Pass in August 2004. Heritage House of Woodburn was then opened December 2004 and Autumn House of Grants Pass opened September 2006. In January 2009 our second community in Salem opened - Harmony House of Salem.
