Cathy the owner/stylists has been in the business for several years and previously owned Cathy &Co. uptown for 12years. 4 of our stylist also worked at Cathy & Co.SpecialtiesAt Scandalous Hair Design we specialize in all types of hair color . We love giving our clients a new haircut and style. We also do perms, pedicures and manicures.
