I found the customer service to be great. The three times I've been in, I've been greeted immediately, there's been no wait and I got exactly the help I needed. Now my phone works perfectly.

Brushed off twice: their customer service couldn't be less helpful. My sweetie had gone to T-mobile to get help with an older phone he was bringing on an international trip. They glossed over...

The Manager Christian Flores is really helpful - got some great deals there including Military Deals, he assists Military Service Members and Veterans to get the deals T-Mobile offers.
