They are very rude and don't listen. You tell them your truck can't be towed one way and they argue with you. They are not a good company they need to be shut down.

Came with a fake repo paper and damages the car on purpose and drags it by the bumper. Tows car when it was fully paid off while finance company said it was paid off when we called them.

They came to my house in a nasty old tow truck with some jerk named Banks, when we ran there DOT numbers they were NOT valid. We reported the truck and driver for operating an illegal tow truck...
