Soggy lettuce, dry tomatoes, rude customer service and it's dirty. Plus the 3 times I've gone their toaster hasn't worked!

Jon is extremely rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. I highly recommend that he either be replaced or retrained. He also didn't offer me a bag and was very unpleasant overall.
