The staff is great. My only complaint, not of this store, just in general is if they can do free coffee and tea refills if you get ceramic cups and stay you should also be able to get hot...

The service is incredibly slow. The customer service doesn't exist. I refuse go there.

They really need to get their act together. Constantly slow causing the line to back up. They have no sense of working in a fast pace environment. Orders are always wrong. The list keeps going....
