Worst customer service, takes forever to make drinks, prioritizes all the drinks from drive thru but will make people inside wait 30 minutes.

Terrible customer service, slow, zero friendliness, didn't greet anyone inside, drive through seems nicer, but overall more interested in planning an employee get-together than helping people.
